1 package lemon cake mix (extra moist),
2-layer size
1 package (3 3/4 ounces) lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup salad oil
2 to 4 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 1/2 cups water
Directions
Combine all ingredients, making high altitude adjustments as package directs, if necessary. Beat according to package directions. Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake about 50 minutes, or until cake tests done. Remove from oven and let stand 10 to 15 minutes; then turn out of pan onto wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
