Poppy Seed Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg noodles | 4 Ounce | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Poppy seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Into a pot, bring to boil the 3 quarts of water
2) Add the noodles and keep stirring once a while to stop from sticking
3) Cook till the noodles are soft
4) Chop the parsley finely with a sharp knife
5) Drain the cooked noodles into a colander and throw in a little butter
6) Mix in the poppy seeds and with some salt
SERVING
7) Serve the noodles with pork chops
