Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned peaches | 2 Large, drained | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple Juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple cider vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Poppy seeds | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
1. In a food processor or electric blender, process the peaches for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add the sugar, apple juice, vinegar, onion, mustard, and salt; process 1 minute longer.
2. With the motor running, slowly add the oil, processing 1 minute longer or until thickened. Add the poppy seeds; process 30 seconds more or until well dispersed. Cover and refrigerate (not in the coldest part of the refrigerator) until serving time (will keep for up to 4 weeks). Drizzle over fresh fruits or greens.
