1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

How to make Popovers

Preheat oven to 425°.
Butter popover pans, or use non stick muffin pans.
Combine the flour and salt.
Stir in the eggs, milk and vegetable oil and blend until smooth.
Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes, or for as long as 30 minutes.
Fill the popover pans slightly less than half full.
Bake 30 minutes.
Do not open the oven during baking time or the popovers may sink.
