 Or bread flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk fat1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg substitute3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon

 Cooking spray

Directions

1. Place first 6 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
2. Pour batter evenly into popover pans coated with cooking spray. Place in a cold oven. Turn oven temperature to 450°, and bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°, and bake 35 minutes or until popovers are crusty and brown.
