Popeye Rice Recipe

Directions
Place all ingredients in glass bowl.
Cover, cook on high (9) for 15 to 17 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed; stir 3 times during cooking.
Let sit, covered, for 5 minutes or until remaining liquid is absorbed.
