Popcorn Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light corn syrup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cream of tartar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Popped popcorn | 9 Quart |
Directions
Combine sugar, syrup, vinegar and salt in saucepan; place over low heat.
Cook until mixture reaches soft-ball stage on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, butter, soda and cream of tartar.
Beat with egg beater until foamy.
Pour over pop- corn; form into balls, lightly.
