Ingredients

 
1/ 2 cup pumpkin seeds
 
1 1/2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
 
1/4 cup unpopped popcorn
 
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

Toss pumpkin seeds with soy sauce in a 9-inch square baking pan; bake at 350° for 7 minutes or until seeds are brown and liquid is absorbed, stirring often.
Set aside.
Combine popcorn and oil in a nonstick sauce- pan; cover and cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes or until popped, shaking pan after corn starts to pop.
Toss with pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
