Oil – 2 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Sooji (semolina) – 20 grams
Water – 100 milliliter
Wheat Flour – 225 grams
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt and sooji with water and knead to make tight dough.
2. Cover with a cloth for 15 min to rest.
3. Knead the dough again and divide the dough in equal small round balls
4. Roll it
MAKING
5. Deep fry in hot oil and press with a spoon to puff the poori
SERVE
6. Serve hot with your favorite gravy.
