Ponche De Pina Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon sticks - 4 (3-inch) | ||
| Whole Cloves | 12 | |
| Pineapple juice - 1 (46-ounce) can, chilled | ||
| Orange juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan mix first 4 ingredients.
2. Bring to boil, decrease heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the mixture.
4. Remove cinnamon and cloves.
5. Mix sugar syrup and fruit juice. Stir well.
SERVING
6. Serve over ice.
