 Granulated Sugar250 Milliliter
 Water250 Milliliter
 5 ml white vanilla
 Apples3 Large, halved
 85 g semi-sweet chocolate - melted
 Butter15 Milliliter, melted
 1 L French Vanilla Ice Cream
 Chocolate sauce250 Milliliter

Directions

MAKING
1) Boil water with sugar and vanilla until sugar dissolves and then poach in the apples.
2) Remove from heat and drain.
3) Blend chocolate with butter and dip the apples in the chocolate sauce.

SERVING
4) In large champagne glasses, scoop ice cream, top with apple half, and serve with chocolate sauce.
