 Pomfret500 Gram (For 4)
 Mayonnaise sauce 150 ml.
 Lettuce1 Bunch (100gm) (For 4)
 Tomatoes225 Gram (For 4)
 Cucumber225 Gram (For 4)
 Lime1 (For 4)
 Court bouillon

Directions

1. Clean fish. Remove fins. Wash well.
2. Fillet fish from one side only and remove centre bones. Wash again.
3. Poach fish in a court bouillon.
4. Drain and place in a serving dish.
5. Coat with mayonnaise sauce.
6. Garnish with lettuce, slices of cucumber, tomatoes and lime.
