Pomfret Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
| Pomfret | 500 Gram (For 4) | |
| Mayonnaise sauce 150 ml. | ||
| Lettuce | 1 Bunch (100gm) (For 4) | |
| Tomatoes | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cucumber | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Lime | 1 (For 4) | |
| Court bouillon | ||
Directions
1. Clean fish. Remove fins. Wash well.
2. Fillet fish from one side only and remove centre bones. Wash again.
3. Poach fish in a court bouillon.
4. Drain and place in a serving dish.
5. Coat with mayonnaise sauce.
6. Garnish with lettuce, slices of cucumber, tomatoes and lime.
