Pomegranate Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| Very ripe pomegranates | 18 (Large) | |
| Sugar | 7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs) | |
| Liquid fruit pectin | 6 Ounce (Certo) |
Directions
Seed pomegranates, making sure no yellow membrane remains.
Put seeds through food mill to extract juice (there should be about 5 cups).
Cover and refrigerate juice overnight.
