Pomegranate Beef Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients
| Tenderized round steak | 2 Pound | |
| Pomegranate juice | 32 Ounce | |
| Orange | 1 , juiced | |
| Lime | 1⁄2 , juiced | |
| Smoked paprika | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ancho chili powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, coarsely chopped | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (30 gm), minced | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Kosher salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cracked black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tortillas | 2 1⁄2 Pound (you can use spinach or carrot or tomato tortillas) | |
| Dried pablano peppers | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
combine juices and seasonings in a large bowl
stir and add the steak strips
refigerate and marinate for 2 hours
Heat oil in a large skillet
Add the onions and garlic
saute for 3 minutes
remove the steaks strips from the marinade
add to the skillet with the onions and garlic
cook over medium low heat for 25 to 30 minutes
Wrap tortillas in foil and place in the oven at 300 degrees until heated about 10 to 15 minutes
after the steaks strips are cooked place the strips into the tortilla
Add fresh guacamole or sour cream or whatever else you wanna throw in there with the steak strips
