Polynesian Bundle Bake Recipe

| Hot cooked rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce | ||
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the hot cooked rice and margarine in a bowl and toss lightly.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Place individual servings of the rice mixture on squares of aluminum foil; bring the corners together and twist to enclose the rice mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
