Polynesian Sweet Sour Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces | ||
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shrimp | 1/2 pound, cooked, drained | |
Directions
Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.
Add seasonings, pineapple and cornstarch (mixed with water), and simmer, stirring until thickened.
