Polynesian Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups (12 ounces) ARMOUR® Lower Salt Ham cut into 1 inch cubes
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 green, red and yellow bell pepper, each cut into 1 inch pieces
8 medium mushrooms
1/4 cup bottled low calorie, low sodium red wine vinegar salad dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Thread ham, pineapple, peppers and mushrooms onto 8 (10-inch) metal or wooden skewers, alternating ingredients.
Place in baking dish.
Brush all sides with dressing.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Turn kabobs and baste all sides with dressing.
Cook about 6 to 8 minutes or until ham is heated through.
