 Canned pineapple slices with juice2 Small, cut into 8 pieces each
 Pineapple juice2 Tablespoon
 Cucumber1⁄2 Medium, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch-thick slices
 Green pepper1⁄2 Medium, cut in 1-inch squares
 Red pepper1⁄2 Medium, cut in 1-inch squares
 Canned drained button mushrooms1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Whole cloves2
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm)
 Ground ginger1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Artificial sweetener To Taste (Equal To 4 Teaspoons Sugar)

Directions

Combine pineapple, cucumber, peppers and mushrooms in small jar or bowl.
Heat remaining ingredients and pour over cut-up fruit and vegetables.
Refrigerate overnight or several days, turning several times.
