| Canned pineapple slices with juice | 2 Small, cut into 8 pieces each | |
| Pineapple juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cucumber | 1⁄2 Medium, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch-thick slices | |
| Green pepper | 1⁄2 Medium, cut in 1-inch squares | |
| Red pepper | 1⁄2 Medium, cut in 1-inch squares | |
| Canned drained button mushrooms | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Whole cloves | 2 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Ground ginger | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Artificial sweetener | To Taste (Equal To 4 Teaspoons Sugar) |
Directions
Combine pineapple, cucumber, peppers and mushrooms in small jar or bowl.
Heat remaining ingredients and pour over cut-up fruit and vegetables.
Refrigerate overnight or several days, turning several times.
