Ingredients

 Halibut3 Pound
 Lime juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Generous pinch of marjoram
 Frozen cream of shrimp soup - 1/2 can
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Scallions - 3 or 4 , with tops, sliced thin
 Tiny shrimp - 12

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Rinse, dry and chop the fish in 6 pieces.

MAKING
2.Take an ovenproof shallow baking dish and arrange the fish pieces in it.
3.Drizzle lime juice on the pieces and allow it to stay for a few minutes on either side.
4.Once soked, discard the juice.
5.Drizzle butter on fish and add a sprinkling of seasoning.
6.Broil the dish for 10 minutes.
7.Apply the juice on fish and allow them to cool.
8.Meanwhile make a mixture of soup and sour cream and pour it on every piece.
9.Bake the fish in slow oven.

SERVING
10.Serve the fish with garnishing of scallions and shrimps.
