Ingredients

 1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
 Dry sherry1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 White vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 2 small red onions, each cut into 8 wedges
 Mushrooms package1
 2 medium green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
 1 small peeled and cored pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
 Cherry tomatoes2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooking spray

Directions

1. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes. Combine beef and next 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag,-seal and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove beef cubes from bag, reserving marinade.
2. Prepare grill or broiler.
3. Thread beef cubes, onion wedges, mushrooms, bell pepper pieces, and pineapple pieces alternately onto 12 (12-inch) skewers. Thread cherry tomatoes separately onto 6 (12-inch) skewers.
4. Place beef-vegetable skewers on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and grill or broil 10 minutes or until beef is desired degree
of doneness, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Grill or broil tomato skewers 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
