 Garlic salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1 Teaspoon
 Beef sirloin tips - 2 1/2 lbs, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
 Garlic - 1 large clove, minced
 Cooking oil
 Pineapple chunks - 1 can, drained, reserve syrup, about 1/2 cup
 Beef broth1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Garlic flavored wine vinegar - 1/4 cup
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onions - 2 medium size, quartered
 Tomatoes - 2 large, peeled and cut in wedges
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 All-purpose soy sauce - 2 tbsp
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, toss together garlic salt, paprika and ground ginger and toss meat cubes into this mixture
2. In a small skillet, heat a little oil and brown the meat and garlic in it; add reserved pineapple syrup, beef broth and half of the vinegar
3. Cover and gently simmer it for two hours; add celery, onions, tomatoes and pineapple chunks and cover with lid for ten minutes
4. Mix together brown sugar, cornstarch, water, soy sauce and the rest of the vinegar and stir it into mixture along with green pepper
5. Allow it to come to a boil, stir around gently for another three minutes

SERVING
6. Serve with cooked rice
