Directions

For the meatballs:
Add milk to the breadcrumbs. Chop garlic. Break meat with a fork. Add garlic. Add black pepper and cayenne pepper. Add cumin. Add salt. Add the breadcrumbs. Mix well. Add some more milk if needed. Add the eggs. Mix well.
Prepare the meatballs. Place on a parchment paper. Let the meatballs cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees C.

For the sauce:
Add olive oil to a medium-heat pot. Add chopped onion to the pot. Add salt and a pinch of sugar. Add oregano. Mix well. Add the tomatoes. Add some water. Mix well.
Add meatballs to the sauce. Mix well. Reduce on a low heat. Cook for at least 30 minutes.
