Polonaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup coarse soft bread crumbs | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 hard-cooked egg, shelled and sieved | ||
Directions
1. Melt butter or margarine in a small skillet; stir in bread crumbs. Heat slowly, stirring often, just until crumbs are lightly toasted. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
