Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine6 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup coarse soft bread crumbs
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 hard-cooked egg, shelled and sieved

Directions

1. Melt butter or margarine in a small skillet; stir in bread crumbs. Heat slowly, stirring often, just until crumbs are lightly toasted. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
2. Spoon over the vegetable; garnish with egg.
