Polonaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
Directions
Melt the butter in a small skillet.
Add the crumbs and toss until lightly browned.
Add the chopped egg.
Stir and serve over hot asparagus, cauliflower, or broccoli.
