Polonaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup fresh white bread crumbs
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1.In small saucepan or skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook bread crumbs until golden, tossing lightly. Stir in chopped egg and remaining ingredients.
