3 oz. chicken breast, boned
 
1/2 tomato, cut in 4 pieces
 
1/4 cucumber, peeled and sliced
 
1/4 cup peas
 
Dash salt, pepper, parsley

Directions

Remove skin from chicken breast; boil chicken in small amount of salted water until almost tender.
Add tomato pieces, cucumber slices, and peas.
Heat thoroughly; drain.
Place on serving plate.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
