Ingredients

 Boneless chicken cutlet4 , thin sliced, rinsed and patted dry
 Onion powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Red pepper flakes1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
 Seasoning salt1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
 Dried oregano3⁄4 Teaspoon
 White vinegar1 Teaspoon
 Egg2 Large
 Oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Plain breadcrumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Place cutlets onto a plate and sprinkle seasoning salt on both sides. Mix remaining spices and sprinkle on both sides. Pour on Vinegar and mix into the meat. Let marinaide for 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, scramble egg.

After 10-15 minutes take chicken and place into the scrambled egg, then place into breadcrumbs. When chicken is covered in breadcrumbs place onto a tray. Repeat with remaining chicken. Let chicken sit for 5 minutes

In a pan over med/high heat, place in oil. When oil is hot, lower temperature to medium and then place in chicken cutlet. Cook until golden on both sides. Drain onto a paper towel. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
