Polish Cabbage Noodle Recipe

Ingredients
1/8 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped or sliced cabbage
1/2 tsp. caraway seed (opt.)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
1/4 c. dairy sour cream (opt.)
Directions
Stage1-Melt butter in a skillet.
Stage2-Add onions and saute until soft.
Stage3-Add cabbage, saute 4 minutes or until crisp and tender.
Stage4-Stir in caraway seed and pepper.
Stage5-Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted boiling water as directed on the package. Drain well.
Stage6-Stir noodles into cabbage. Add sour cream.
Stage7- Cook 4 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
