Polish Sausages And Bacon Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon slices | 2 3/4 inch, diced | |
| 1/2 red onion, cut in 3 | ||
| Sausage | 4 Ounce, peeled | |
| 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut in 3/4 in (2 cm) thick slices | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Juice 1 lime | ||
| Few drops Tabasco sauce | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
Alternate bacon, onion, sausage and cucumber on skewers; place on ovenproof platter.
Mix remaining ingredients together and brush over skewers.
Cook 14 minutes 8 in (20 cm) from top element.
Turn skewers over once and baste with leftover catsup mixture if desired.
