Polish Sausage and Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Kielbasa | 10 Ounce | |
| 2 medium-size potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, thinly sliced | |
| 1 large Golden Delicious apple | ||
Directions
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
Slash sausage at 1-inch intervals and cook until browned on all sides.
Arrange on a warm serving dish; keep warm.
Add 4 tablespoons of the butter to pan; add potatoes and onion and stir well.
Cover and cook, turning often and adding more butter, if needed, until potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes).
Remove lid and continue cooking until potatoes are browned; arrange with sausage; keep warm.
Peel and core apple; cut into 1/2-inch-thick rings.
Melt 1 more tablespoon butter in pan; add apple rings and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
Arrange with sausage and potatoes.
