Polish Cauliflower Recipe

Polish Cauliflower is just blended right enough to suit my taste. Polish Cauliflower is a real yummy dish you can try any day.You will make it again!

Ingredients

 
4 tsp (20 ml) butter
 
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) cauliflower, cut into flowerets, cooked
 
Salt and pepper
 
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
 
4 tsp (20 ml) fines herbes, chopped
 
4 tsp (20 ml) breadcrumbs, lightly browned in butter

Directions

–  In a saucepan, melt butter and saute cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper, then place in a serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped eggs, tines herbes and breadcrumbs.
