|Chicken breasts||6 , skinned & boned|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Canned green chilies||15|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

Heat oil and butter in skillet, add chicken and saute until lightly browned.
Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, fry the onion and garlic about 5 minutes.
Take 10 of the chilies and cut them into strips.
Add them to the onion, cover and cook 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Process the milk, the remaining 5 chilies and salt in a blender until smooth.
Add the sour cream and blend a few more seconds.
Arrangethe chicken in anovenproof dish.
Cover with the onion/chile mixture and top with the sour cream sauce.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes.
