Polenta With Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
6 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
1. In 5-quart Dutch oven over high heat, heat water and salt to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; gradually sprinkle in cornmeal, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is very thick, about 15 minutes.
