Polenta With Blueberries In Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow cornmeal | 3/4 Ounce | |
| Blueberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pancake syrup | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
1. In medium microwavable bowl microwave 3/4 cup water on High (100%) for 3 minutes, until boiling. Stir in polenta and microwave on High for 1 minute, stirring halfway through cooking.
2. In small microwavable mixing bowl combine blueberries and syrup. Microwave on Medium (50%) for 1 minute, until hot.
3. Serve polenta topped with blueberry mixture.
