Pocket Beef Burger Recipe

Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar filling or scotch filling | (as required) |
Directions
Mix ground beef lightly with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Pat into 8 x 8-inch square on a sheet of waxed paper; cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise to make 4 even-sized blocks.
Spoon either filling, dividing e v en 1 y, on each block; fold over, pressing edges together.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 minutes on each side for medium or until meat is done
