Dill Flavored Poached Salmon Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
4 salmon fillets (1/2 lb each)
 
4 fresh dill sprigs
 
1 onion, sliced into rings
 
1 lemon thinly sliced
 
cooking spray
 
foil rectangles
 
black pepper and salt

Directions

cut foil into 4 large rectangles
spray each, dull side up
place raw onion rings atop each rectangle, cover with salmon
skin side down add dill, lemon and cooking spray to each foil square
season with salt and pepper. encase in foil loosely
cook for 7 - 15 mins in a 400 F oven. Carefully open packet to allow
steam to escape.
