Ingredients

 Water2 Quart
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Cider vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1/2 Medium
 1/2 carrot, cut in pieces
 1/2 stalk celery, cut in pieces
 1 large clove garlic
 Bay leaves2
 Whole Cloves2
 Cinnamon stick1/4
 Oregano1/4 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Rosemary1/4 Teaspoon
 Basil1/4 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 6 salmon steaks

Directions

Combine in a large kettle the water, salt, vinegar, vegetables, and spices and herbs (tied in a square of cheesecloth).
Bring to boiling; cook 10 minutes.
Tie salmon in cheesecloth and place in boiling bouillon.
Allow to simmer about 12 minutes.
Remove salmon from bouillon and serve with lemon wedges and Hollandaise Sauce
