|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic/Large clove||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped watercress||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Add tomatoes, wine, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste; bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium; cook for 3 minutes or until saucy.
Arrange fish in sauce; return to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes per inch (2.5 cm) thickness or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Sprinkle with watercress.
