Poached Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Lemon | 1 | |
| Peppercorns | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a skillet, pour half full of water and add salt, onion, lemon, peppercorns and bay leaf
2.Boil it
3.Now add fish to the skillet and simmer for 5-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of fish
4.Once the fish is prepared, remove it and place on a serving plate
5.Strain the stock
6.Prepare a sauce using the strain stock

7.Serve with sauce
