| 8 fish fillets salted and kept for 20 minutes and then washed | ||

Directions
Microwave all the ingredients, except fish, in a large bowl for 10 minutes.
Let the broth stand for 5 minutes.
Pour the broth in a shallow serving dish and place the fish fillets in it and microwave covered for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
