Poached Whole Bass Recipe
Ingredients

| 1/3 cup cider vinegar or 1 cup white wine | ||
| Carrot | 1 | |
| 1 onion, stuck with 2 cloves | ||

Directions
Place all ingredients except fish in a large flat pan; bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Wrap fish in cheesecloth, lower into liquid, and simmer, covered, for 16 to 20 minutes.
