Ingredients

 Hot water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry white wine1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Peppercorns2 To taste
 Lemon1 , thinly sliced
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, minced (Sauce:)
 Bay Leaf1 (Sauce:)
 Instant minced onion1 Tablespoon (Sauce:)
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 4 or 5 salmon steaks
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions

MAKING
1. In 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, blend all ingredients except salmon and heat on High for 5 minutes until the mixture boils.
2. Place the fish in the hot liquid.
3. Cover the dish with a plastic wrap.
4. Cook on high for 2 minutes.
5. Let the fish stand in the hot liquid for 5 minutes.
6. Drain the fish.

FINALISING
7. In a 1 cup measure, put together all the sauce ingredients.

SERVING
8. Serve salmon with sauce.
