Poached Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 Quart | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 salmon fillets (1/2-lb each) | ||
| Fresh dill sprigs | ||
Directions
1. Combine water, vinegar, salt in 10-inch Straight-Sided Fry Pan; bring to boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low; add salmon; cover; poach 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes.
2. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs or dill butter rosettes, as desired. Makes 2 servings
