Directions
Combine sugar, juices, water and pears in a sauce pan just large enough so pears are almost covered and standing upright. If necessary, cut off bottom of pears so they stand straight.
2. Bring liquid to simmer and poach pears for 25 minutes until tender, but not too soft!
When done , drizzle Cajeta sauce over pears and enjoy!
