| Eggs - 2, poached or soft-boiled | ||
| Tarragon | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice - as required, fresh | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan, gently saute the eggs in the melted butter over a low heat.
2) Sprinkle the herbs over the eggs and a drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
SERVING
