Poached Monkfish With Lemon Thyme Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 pound monkfish fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 clove garlic
5 lemon slices
1/4 cup Lemon Thyme Sauce
Dill sprigs (garnish)
Directions
Place the monkfish in a medium-size skillet that is filled 1/2 inch full with boiling water.
Add the garlic clove and lemon slices.
Cover and gently poach the fish over low heat until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Drain the water from the monkfish and place under a broiler until the top is lightly browned.
