Ingredients

 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon Slices3
 Onion slice3
 Whole peppercorns3 To taste
 Bay leaf1
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 lb. frozen fish fillets, defrosted
 Onion1 Tablespoon, finley chopped (Sauce:)
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:)
 1/2 cup diced seeded cucumber
 Milk2 Tablespoon (Sauce:)
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Ground nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Pepper1 Dash (Sauce:)

Directions

In 12 x 8-in baking dish combine water, lemon slices, onion slices, peppercorns, bay leaf and salt.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 4 minutes.
Stir.
Arrange fillets in baking dish with thickest portions to the outside.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High 4 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, rotating dish 1/2 turn after half the time.
Place fillets on serving plate.
Cover and set aside.
Place 1 tablespoon onion in small bowl; cover.
Microwave at High 30 to 60 seconds, or until tender.
Stir in remaining sauce ingredients.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until heated, stirring every 30 seconds.
Serve sauce over fish fillets.
