Poached Fish Fillets Italian Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Cloves | 2 | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fish fillets | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Lemon wedges - to garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large skillet with a lid, add water, onion, parsley, cloves, bay leaves, cvinegar nad oil and bring it to a boil
2. Turn the heat down and simmer for fifteen minutes; discard the bay leaves and cloves
3. Cut the fish into four serving sized pieces and place them in the liquid and simmer with the lid on for ten minutes until just opaque
SERVING
4. Serve hot along with broth and lemon wedges
