Poached Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Directions
1 Combine water, vinegar and salt in a deep 1 quart non-metallic casserole.
2 Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1/4 minutes on full power or until water mixture comes to a boil.
3 Carefully break eggs, 1 at a time, into the liquid.
4 Heat, covered with plastic wrap, in Microwave Oven on delicate food cycle for 3 minutes.
5 Let stand covered, 1 minute or until eggs reach desired degree of doneness.
