 Basic White Sauce
 Nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/8 Teaspoon
 4 cups cooked broccoli florets
 8 ounces skinned and boned poached chicken
 4 ounces Swiss or Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Combine Basic White Sauce, nutmeg, and Worcestershire; set aside.
In an ovenproof serving dish arrange broccoli and chicken.
Pour sauce over chicken and top with cheese.
Bake at 400°F.
for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken and sauce are hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Divide evenly.
